On behalf of the San Luis Obispo Police and Parks and Recreation depatments, I want to thank you and your team for your participation in the Bicycle Rodeo for the 10th year in a row. The elementary school shows throughout the week, were outstanding and very professionally organized. The new concepts and ideas that you continually dream of and strive for cannot be duplicated. Your message is understood by the children and they are motivated to listen to you. You demonstrated what you can do while living a violence and drug-free lifestyle. The children remember those things and think highly of your position.  

Over 165 children attended and participated in the Bicycle Rodeo event this year. Each child was provided hands on experience with rules of the road and safety. Each bicycle and helmet was inspected for safety and proper fit. The bicycle show was great with the bike jump over the police motorcycle was awesome. A memory the kids and parents won't soon forget!! Thank ou again for your continued support of the San Luis Obispo Police and Parks and Recrecreation Departments. The community also thanks you. We look forward to using your services in the future.
